I’m back! And what an adventure my time away has been. The Summer Solstice Paradise Society photo shoot at Pachamama, Todos Santos was a brilliant success (if I do say so myself). The general production concept was to follow a group of sophisticated bohemian travelers as they explore the gorgeous town of Todos Santos, Baja California Sur, Mexico. All of the photos were captured by the very talented Derren Versoza (@derrenverezosa). The Instagram model Influencers, Lacey Rogers (@thelaceyclaire), Shannon Barker (@shannonbarker), and Racquel Bettencourt (@racquelnatasha). The art direction was lead by the fabulous Sarah Kensell (@modboheme) aka my college buddy turned super-star stylist. And the producer, well that’s me! (@ninaornstein & @paraisoadventures). I scoured my beloved (part-time) home town of Todos Santos for the perfectly “on brand” scenarios that would tell the tale of these adventurous ladies on a mission for some R & R, excitement and culture.
While I’m only just now seeing the final selection of photos, I had to give you guys a sneak peak at this creative endeavor that has been keeping me on my toes in 2016. For those of you who are still wondering, what exactly is this Paradise Society thing I’m constantly talking about? Its destination production company I started with Sarah that allows lifestyle brands and products, as well as destination properties, tour operators, restaurateurs, to co-sponsor an organic photo shoot experience. We strategically align complimentary brands and take them abroad where everything is captured by a pro photographer. The essence of travel, culture, adventure, wellness, food, and community all shines through the resulting images that are then posted on Instagram to form a branding campaign. Our models, also known as social media Influencers, then tag the sponsoring brands to bring attention to their products via their feeds. Once all is said and done, contributing partners receive professional images of their product in dreamy locales on influential IG personalities. Make sense? I’ll show you more soon, so stay tuned! Until then, enjoy these gorgeous summer days and send me your feedback! I’m always interested in hearing from my community!
