 MIRADOURO DE SAO PEDRO DE ALCANTARA: Set in the Bohemian neighborhood of Barrio Alto, this terrace is one the most popular miradouros of the city. With a garden and a panoramic view of the city and Saint George Castle, one of its perks is that right next to it is the famous and representative Gloria Elevator.

MIRADOURO DAS PORTAS DO SOL: “Sun´s doors¨ is the name of this particular miradouro placed in the medieval Lisbon. With a memorable view, it is one of the photographer’s favorites locations as it shows the typical neighborhood of Alfama and the soft toned color of its architecture as well as an spectacular view of the Tangus River.

MIRADOURO DE GRACA: Placed in the district of Graca, this is the perfect place to spend your afternoon or sunset. Right next to the Church of Graca, this splendid terrace offers a panoramic view of Saint George Castle and central Lisbon. There’s a café with an open terrace space to enjoy and relax in the middle of this serene atmosphere.

MIRADOURO DE SANTA LUZIA: Also right next to a church, this time to the Santa Luzia Church, this romantic terrace offers a perfect panoramic of the Alfama and the Tangus River.

MIRADOURO DE SANTA CATERINA: In between the Santa Caterina and Barrio Alto neighborhood, this terrace stands as one of the most pleasing views of the city. Surrounded with pastel toned houses and little coffee shops and bars, this is a perfect stop to enjoy the view of the rivers and the local neighborhood of Lisbon while enjoying good company, nice food and delicious local drinks.
